Just 3 Easy Steps to Sign Up: 

1. ​​Read ABOUT our changes to decide your Participation Level and adult role.

2. Fill out Sign-Up Google Form with your parents by 8/28/25 for Fusion & Peer Mentors, 10/10/25 for Green Machine only.

3. Complete EPS Activities Registration with $105, no physical needed for Fusion & Peer Mentors. The Green Machine’s FRC registration will be open Oct. 27- Nov. 3.

2025 cost is based on your Level of Participation:

• Green Machine only $725 per person + $105 EHS Activity fee + travel

• + Peer Mentor $725 per person + $105 EHS Activity fee + travel

• + FUSION $1000 per person + $105 EHS Activity fee + travel

• Scholarships & Payment Plans are available.​​

• Team fees due at your first Robotics meeting, either FTC or FRC.

• Travel fees will be set after tournaments are assigned in Oct.

Prep for 1st meeting for Fusion & Peer Mentor

1. Confirm payment of Team Dues
   (If unable to pay by Zelle (edinaroboticsfoundation@gmail.com, FTC Dues_Last Name in Memo), bring a check to your first meeting made out to Edina Robotics Foundation with “FTC dues” in memo line for: (Student Name)

2. EPS Activity Registration

3. Bring ​4​ FTC forms printed & signed by student & parent/guardian:​

   • Code of Conduct

   • Attendance Policy

   • Cell Phone Use Policy

   • Over age 13 Data Privacy Permission or Under age 13 Data Privacy Permission 

Key Dates

• Team fees due at your first Robotics meeting, either FTC or FRC.

• Aug. 26 FTC Fusion meetings begin

• Aug. 28 FTC mandatory tool training for Fusion

• Aug. 28 Fusion & Peer Mentor Applications due (response in 5-7 days)

• Sept. 2 FTC Peer Mentor meetings begin

• Sept. 6 FTC Game reveal

• Oct. 10 Green Machine Only Applications due (response in 5-7 days)

• Oct. ?? Season Launch with new Team

• Oct. 27 EHS Registration will open. Due 11/3.

• Oct. 27 FIRST Registration instructions emailed, Due 11/3.

• Oct. Travel fees will be set after tournaments are assigned

• Nov. 3 The Green Machine meetings begin, team fees due, EHS registration due, FIRST registration due, forms due

• Jan. 10 FRC Game reveal
